Text Box: ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Adam Jeffries Schwartz grew up in NY. He graduated from Vassar College with a dual degree in Art History and Playwrighting . . . which may or may not have been a response to the Republicanisation of America.

He left the USA to teach TEFL, the shock troops of globalization. He ended up teaching the new Latin to homeless children in Nepal, monks in India, to post-post grads in Spain, and to businessmen in Argentina, just before their collapse.

Other favourite jobs of his: dog walker in Nepal, ticket hawker in NYC, and bartender in NYC, Cape Town, and London.

He wonders if this is interesting to anyone as it seems strange and pretentious to divulge his background.
But, looking back, it's all about freedom of movement. Sometimes, though, he says he will stop and settle down, but as he says that another trip is added to his itinerary.
